Shipping Policy
Mokks offers free domestic standard shipping for all Tees and a flat rate of $6.95 for all handbags using UPS ground or USPS standard shipping. For your convenience, Mokks offers UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Standard and USPS flat rate shippng. Please note that all orders ship within two business days (excluding weekends, national holidays and backordered items).
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday by UPS or USPS. Signatures are not required. Delivery confirmation or tracking numbers are provided via email when an order is shipped. Please be aware that SPAM blockers may prevent customers from receiving these emails.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen AFTER the Delivery Confirmation scan reports the items as "DELIVERED".
We may choose from the following shipping options for standard orders within the 48 mainland states:
- UPS Ground: 8 to 10 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 to 3 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 to 2 business days
- USPS standard
- USPS flat rate
We may choose from 2 shipping options for standard orders to Alaska or Hawaii:
- Alaska/Hawaii UPS: 8 to 10 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 to 3 business days
Returns and Exchanges:
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned to Mokks within 10 days of the shipping date - unused and in perfect condition.
Sale or special promotional items are exchangeable only, within 10 days - no refunds.
We are happy to assist with your exchange via email at sales@mokks.com or by telephone at 818-257-2735. You may also return your item to the Mokks exchange department. Please include either a check or money order for $5.00 or credit card information along with the return form to let us know what item you would like us to ship to you.
We cannot refund the shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest sending all returns via insured mail for your protection in the event of loss or damage.
Privacy
Mokks Company is very committed to protecting the privacy of you, our customer. In support of that goal we do not sell, trade, or share customer information to any third party, nor do we ever plan to do so. Mokks Company does collect customer information solely for our internal use. We do so in order to provide you with exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience. If for any reason you do not want to receive any promotional email information from us, please click on the remove from list section at the bottom of the email. We will respect your wishes and promptly remove you from our email list.
Security
Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. This is the industry standard technology for encrypting data and is utilized by the most well known e-commerce sites. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone. You can verify that your connection is secure by checking for the unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) in the lower left or right hand corner of your browser. This symbol should be present on the page that requests your personal financial information. In addition, the URL or Address Line on your browser will show "https" instead of "http" when the page is secure.
In addition to our use of SSL, we provide additional security by not maintaining a record of your credit card number in any of our databases. This means that you must re-enter your credit card information every time you purchase from our site, but the slight inconvenience is balanced by the increased security that our policy provides.
